It’s now the end of August and that means it’s now the end of my travel expert series! I wanted to do a little round-up post as my next post will be the start of something very exciting but before speeding off on that new project, I wanted to take some time to look back on the amazing group of people I interviewed as part of my series.

You may remember from my post way back at the start of summer, but I have spent my two years since graduating, working abroad in some capacity. Having lived away from home for a year, I realised that so many people had questions about how I was able to live abroad, when really it was all about the job I had chosen which meant I was able to live a certain lifestyle.

Coming back home, it really struck me how people would love to find out more about what I’d done and how I got there, and I realised, I was exactly the same way whenever I met a member of cabin crew or a tour guide. I personally think it’s fascinating and I love that there are so many varied roles out there that can enable you to travel whilst doing a job you love.

This is why I started my Travel Expert Series and is why I wanted to interview so many people from different jobs and at different stages of their lives. The series also helped as I could pre-plan all my blog posts which means I had a whole summer of incredible interviews going up on Travel with Gabriella. This was so useful while I’ve been away at camp and while I’ve been in America travelling.

I’m now preparing to come back to the UK after almost three months away and I can’t wait to see what’s next as September is going to be so full on with a lot of exciting things planned. As it is the last day of August now, I wanted to share all my posts from the summer so you can have a look for yourselves!
